Sinhagad Fort is a popular fort located 25 kilometers South of the city of Pune. It is very beautiful and natural place. Sinhagad means fort of the Lion i.e.
it was named so because Tanaji fought
like a lion.
Sinhagad can
be accessed by the S.T. and P.C.M.T buses.
